Essential duties and responsibilities include using a consultative selling approach with groups, individuals and organizations – taking an entrepreneurial approach by prospecting for leads, setting own appointments, generating referrals, networking and conducting market planning to drive revenue to the company. Report activity and results on a weekly basis and proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management.
